Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at pratika.shop@outlook.fr with your order number.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
